DIRECTIONS TO ALLIGATOR SOUL RESTAURANT

All directions are given to assist in getting a parking space near the restaurant.

FROM BLUFFTON SOUTH CAROLINA

Take the Tallmadge Bridge and get off at the first exit on you right, which is Oglethorpe. Clover leaf around and go straight ahead to MLK Blvd. Make a left at the light and proceed ahead a few blocks to Broughton Street. Make a right turn and go approximately three or four lights to Whitaker Street. Make another right turn and go one very short block to State Street and turn right. One half block down on your right is an open aired parking lot that you can park in after 5:30. When you get out of your car, walk to the corner in the same direction that you car was already facing. You will be on the corner of State and Barnard. Look to your right and you will see planter boxes with flowers. This is Alligator Soul.

FROM 95

Take I16 East toward Savannah. Make sure you stay in your left two lanes as it opens up so you do not go over the Tallmadge Bridge into South Carolina. You will get dropped off at the last exit onto Montgomery Street. The first light you come to is Liberty Street. Go straight ahead to Broughton and make a right turn onto Broughton Street. Go three lights to Whitaker Street and turn right. Go one very short block to State Street and turn right. One half block down on your right is an open aired parking lot that you can park in after 5:30. When you get out of your car, walk to the corner in the same direction that you car was already facing. You will be on the corner of State and Barnard. Look to your right and you will see planter boxes with flowers. This is Alligator Soul.

Abercorn: Go North to Victory Drive and turn left. Go one block to Drayton Street and turn right. Go a few miles into the downtown historic district. Go a few blocks past Oglethorpe and turn left onto State Street. Go through the light at Whitaker and look for the open aired parking lot on you right. Park and when you get out of your car, walk to the corner in the same direction that you car was already facing. You will be on the corner of State and Barnard. Look to your right and you will see planter boxes with flowers. This is Alligator Soul
Truman Parkway: Take Truman North to President Street, the last exit on the parkway. Circle around to your right and take President Street up to East Broad Street. Go through the light at East Broad and you will bump into Green Square. Make a quick right and a quick left. You will be on State Street. Go straight down State Street approximately eight blocks through the light at Whitaker and look for the open aired parking lot on your right. When you get out of your car, walk to the corner in the same direction that you car was already facing. You will be on the corner of State and Barnard. Look to your right and you will see planter boxes with flowers. This is Alligator Soul

FROM TYBEE OR WILMINGTON ISLAND AREA

Take Island Parkway West to downtown and go straight up to East Broad Street. Go through the light and you will bump into Green Square. Make a quick right and a quick left. You will be on State Street. Go straight down State Street approximately eight blocks through the light at Whitaker and look for the open aired parking lot on your right. When you get out of your car, walk to the corner in the same direction that you car was already facing. You will be on the corner of State and Barnard. Look to your right and you will see planter boxes with flowers. This is Alligator Soul
Note: If parking in this lot, do NOT park in the two spaces by the alley that are in Red and White that say “No Parking At Any Time”. This is for the post office trucks and you will be towed from these spaces 24/7
